Most small business history was never typed into a computer. It’s boxed up in a back room.

That paper is data nobody else has.

What counts

If it’s on paper
and it’s about the work, it counts.

The older and more complete, the better. Twenty years of job tickets shows how a real business quotes, schedules, bills, and solves problems over time. That’s exactly what AI companies can’t find online.

Drawer A

Invoices and receipts

Billing history, price changes, payment terms, and what customers actually paid.

What was done, how long it took, parts used, and notes from the crew.

Drawer C

Handwritten or printed accounting records, payroll summaries, and expense logs.

Drawer D

Contracts and estimates

Bids, signed agreements, change orders, and warranties.

Drawer E

Letters and memos

Customer and vendor correspondence, complaints, and internal notes.

Questions

Plain answers.

01Why would anyone pay for old paperwork?

AI companies are training software to do real business work. Almost everything online is from big companies or the last few years. Decades of records from a working small business are rare, and rare data is what they pay for.

02What does it cost me?

Nothing. We cover the crew, the equipment, and the processing. You get the digital archive for free either way.

03Is the $5,000 a loan?

No. It’s paid when scanning is done and counts as an advance against your 80%. If your share of a sale is more than $5,000, we pay you the difference. If it’s less, you keep the full $5,000.

04How long does scanning take?

A few filing cabinets usually takes a day or two. A full records room can take a week or more. We work around your hours.

05Who is this for?

Established businesses with a lot of paper: contractors, distributors, machine shops, law and title offices, clinics, property managers, and family businesses that have been around for decades.

Those cabinets are full of value.
Let’s get them working.
